Florida: Citizens Rate 'Thaw' Suggested
Florida House Insurance Chairman Don Brown suggested during an Insurance Committee meeting Thursday that it could be time to reconsider the freeze on Citizens Property Insurance Corp.'s rates passed during the 2007 special session.
