California: PIFC, PADIC File Comments on Variance Process Related to Prior Approval of Insurance Rates Regulations

NAMIC's state advocacy partners, the Personal Insurance Federation of California and the Pacific Association of Domestic Insurance Companies recently filed written comments with the California Department of Insurance raising concerns about the proposed variance process within the Prior Approval of Insurance Rates Regulations.
