House Chairman Supports TRIA Extension Without NBCR Component

The House Rules Committee met last week to set up a rule for the House of Representatives to vote on an amended version of TRIA that would extend it for seven years, lower the trigger level from $100 million to $50 million, but not include the nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological mandate.
