Massachusetts: Attorney General Cites Concerns with Companies' 'Managed Competition' Filings

Initial rate filings under the new "managed competition" system for Massachusetts private passenger auto insurance will offer some drivers reductions as high as 35 percent, but Attorney General Martha Coakley has given no indication that she views the filings as satisfactory.
