NAMIC: Reformed State Insurance Regulation is Best for Consumers, Insurers

NAMIC submitted comments on Nov. 21 to the U.S. Department of the Treasury supporting reforms of insurance regulation at the state level. The remarks came in response to a request for comments by the department, as it conducts a review of the regulatory structure associated with financial institutions.
