Kansas: Task Force Recommends Adoption of Flex-Rating
The Kansas Insurance Department Fee Modernization and Rating Laws Task Force issued a recommendation on Oct. 25 that the Kansas Legislature adopt the National Conference of Insurance Legislators' Flex-Rating Regulatory Improvement Model Act. The recommendation will be part of a report submitted to the Legislature for consideration during the 2008 legislative session.
