Ohio: NAMIC Submits Letter Opposing Financial Responsibility Limit Increase

NAMIC submitted a letter on Oct. 22 pursuant to a hearing of the House Insurance Committee expressing opposition to HB 258, legislation seeking to increase minimum motor vehicle responsibility limits. The letter states that Ohio enjoys some of the lowest auto insurance rates in the country, which could be jeopardized by increased financial responsibility limits.
