Washington: Member Alert Distributed to Thwart Passage of R-67

NAMIC distributed a member alert last week requesting assistance from member companies in Washington to help defeat R-67, a referendum that, if passed by voters on Nov. 6, will allow trial lawyers to file first-party bad faith lawsuits for any unreasonable act by an insurance company.
