Washington: Market Conduct Oversight Program in Effect Friday
The new Market Conduct Oversight Program, Chapter 284-37 WAC, will go into effect on Aug. 31. The subject insurance regulation will implement the recently enacted market conduct oversight bill, ESSB 5717, which was signed into law by Gov. Christine Gregoire on April 18.
