North Carolina: General Assembly Adjourns to Mix Results

The North Carolina General Assembly wrapped up its 2007 session around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 2. Early focus and some success regarding rate modernization efforts did not survive adjournment, but S 900, regarding auto insurance recoupment disclosure, will be eligible for consideration during the 2008 session.
