Minnesota: SERFF Filing Mandated for 2008

Commissioner of Commerce Glenn Wilson has issued Bulletin 2007-3 announcing that, beginning Jan. 1, 2008, Minnesota will require that all rate, rule, and form filings be made electronically through the NAIC's System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing. Minnesota joins a growing list of states that have opted to require SERFF for filings and will no longer accept filings made on paper.
