Rhode Island: SERFF Mandate Announced
As expected, following the announcement of its plans earlier this month at the NAIC summer meeting, the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation will require the use of the NAIC's System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing for all lines of insurance, beginning on October 1.
