Alabama: No Minimum Limits Increase After All

On Friday, Gov. Bob Riley elected not to sign SB 202, legislation to increase the state's auto liability minimum limits, heeding comments made by Liz Reynolds, NAMIC state affairs manager, in a letter to Riley asking that he veto the bill.
