South Carolina: Legislature Adjourns Without Final Workers Comp Passage; Approval Expected During Special Session

South Carolina General Assembly Workers' Comp conferees signed their report on S. 332 a scant 10 minutes prior to session adjournment Thursday, so the bill did not get final approval from the House and Senate before they went home. However, lawmakers are expected to approve the bill during the three-day special session that begins June 19.
