Louisiana: House Passes Legislation Eliminating Rating Commission

The House unanimously passed HB 960, which abolishes the Louisiana Insurance Rating Commissioner, on June 5. Under the bill's provisions, the functions of the commissioner would be placed under the commissioner of insurance's office.
