Alabama: Legislature Passes Auto Minimum Limits, Punts Building Code Council for Now

The Alabama Legislature adjourned June 7. Just before ending the session, lawmakers approved SB 202, which will increase the state's auto liability minimum limits from 20/40/10 to 25/50/25.
