More States to Require SERFF

During the Sunday meeting of the Operational Efficiencies Working Group, the announcement was made that Minnesota, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia intend to require filings through the NAIC's System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing. However, an effective date for those filing requirements was not announced.
