Louisiana: First Weeks Bring Flurry of Activity on Insurance Issues

Multiple measures impacting Louisiana's insurance market continue to move quickly during the first weeks of the legislative session. Last week, one of the key elements of the insurance reform package, HB 678, supported by Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon and Gov. Kathleen Blanco, passed the House 100-1.
