Georgia: Insurers, With Help from DOI, Holds Stacking Bill at Bay

Opponents of S. 276, which included Georgia insurers and Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine, managed to convince the House leadership that the bill should remain in the Rules Committee and not go to the floor for debate before the legislative session ended Friday.
