Missouri: NAMIC Slated to Testify at Asbestos/Silica Reform Hearing
Continuing his efforts to enact asbestos and silica reform legislation, Republican Rep. Bryan Pratt has scheduled HB 512's hearing before the Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, Jan. 30. Pratt's bill is based on the American Legislative Exchange Council's Asbestos and Silica Claims Priorities Act that focuses on the medical criteria for claims.
