Massachusetts: Insurers Bureau Proposal Seeks to Recognize Fraud Fighting Efforts in Rates

Recognizing the effects of substantial efforts at the local level to combat auto insurance fraud, the Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts has proposed systemic changes aimed at lowering rates for cities that have participated in a fraud-fighting initiative.
