Washington: For the Insurance Industry, the Legislative Session was Brief Yet Busy
On March 8, the Washington State Legislature adjourned its "short session"; and although the legislative session was brief in duration, it was loaded with bills of interest to the insurance industry. The Office of the Insurance Commissioner sponsored a number of high-profile bills that kept the insurance industry on its toes until the final hours of the session.
