Connecticut: Department Calls for Claim Fraud Reports

The Connecticut Insurance Department notified insurers on Jan. 11 to provide their annual report of investigations concerning auto insurance claim fraud on or before March 31, 2006, and asked that companies voluntarily report data on investigations for all lines of business written in Connecticut.

The notice includes links to the Department's report form and reporting instructions.

Completed forms are to be e-mailed to ctinsdept.fraudunit@po.state.ct.us.
