California: Insurance Industry Receives CDI's Broker Compensation Disclosure Inquiry Letter

The Personal Insurance Federation of California (PIFC), a NAMIC state advocacy partner, has obtained a copy of the California Insurance Department's broker compensation disclosure inquiry letter and a list of the insurance companies who received a copy of it. The letter and list were requested under the provisions of the public records act.

NAMIC will provide updates on the CDI's attempt to collect data on broker commissions.
