Arkansas Senate Passes HB 1895
The Arkansas Senate passed HB 1895, an Act to Prohibit the Imposition of an Accident Response Service Fee, Tuesday afternoon by a 35-0 vote.
NAMIC would like to thank all who took action calling their representatives and senators asking them to vote “yes” on the bill.
