Become a Signatory

To become signatory to the NAMIC Arbitration Service, the company needs to sign a document committing itself to arbitration with other signatory members. Follow these steps or, fill in the form below, click Submit and we will contact you:

1. Print and sign the NAMIC Signatory Agreement.
2. Mail a copy with an original signature to:
