Ohio: Insurance Department Rule Regulating Employee Access to Confidential Personal Information Effective This Friday
NAMIC has learned from its state trade association partner, the Ohio Insurance Institute, that the Ohio Department of Insurance Rule 3901-1-02, which regulates employee access to confidential personal information that ODI keeps, becomes effective on Sept. 17. This rule applies to both electronic and paper records.
