Arkansas: Immediate Contact with Senate Needed to Stop Bill to Allow Public Adjusters
Despite vigorous opposition by NAMIC and other industry members, SB 378, which would allow public adjusters to operate in Arkansas, was approved today by the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee. Insurance Commissioner Jay Bradford also testified against the bill.
