Minnesota: House Passes Four Civil Justice Reform Bills
NAMIC’s state trade association advocacy partners, the Insurance Federation of Minnesota and the Minnesota Association of Farm Mutual Insurance Companies, report that last week the House of Representatives took up and passed four Senate tort reform bills. The Senate is expected to quickly approve the bills as amended by the House and send legislation to the governor’s desk.
