New Jersey: NAMIC Voices Concern Regarding Reinsurance Collateral Reduction Bill
NAMIC submitted testimony last week to the Senate Commerce Committee raising concerns regarding legislation that would allow the New Jersey’s insurance commissioner the discretion to reduce collateral requirements for reinsurers that are not domiciled in the United States.
