New Mexico: Legislation Introduced Prohibiting Auto Insurers From Using Not-at-Fault Accidents in Underwriting New Policyholders
SB 362, a Division-of-Insurance-sponsored bill, was introduced Feb. 2 and assigned to the Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee for review. The bill has yet to be scheduled for a public hearing.
