CMS Issues New Guidance on Medicare Secondary Payer Reporting Requirements
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has released Version 3.0 of its User Guide that will help companies comply with the reporting requirements under Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act enacted in late 2007.
