Arizona: Legislation Clarifying Fraudulent Claims Penalty Notice Law Passes Out of House Committee
HB 2393, an insurance industry “clean-up” bill to clarify that the statutory fraudulent claims penalty notice need only be printed on “claims forms,” passed out of the House Banking and Insurance Committee Jan. 23 on a 7-0 vote. The bill will now be heard in the House Rules Committee.
