Georgia: Insolvency Pool Liability Legislation on Fast Track

The Georgia House on Friday passed H 1364, which would make the Georgia Insurers Insolvency Pool liable to claimants and insureds in “emergency circumstances.” Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle has expressed support for the legislation.
