2013 NAMIC Annual Convention Golf Outing benefiting The Griffith Insurance Education Foundation
Join us for a golf scramble at Harbour Pointe Golf Club, one of Seattle’s finest courses. Harbour Pointe features two distinct nines. The front nine is relatively flat with water on almost every hole for true target golf while the back nine is set in rolling hills lined with Evergreen trees. Beautiful views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains abound. The golf outing is always a great way to kick off the Convention week as you reconnect with NAMIC friends on the golf course.

NAMIC Registration Desk Open
The NAMIC Registration Desk is the central location for getting your questions answered about the convention, picking up pre-registered delegate packets or registering on site for convention, exchanging banquet reservation tickets, and purchasing optional event tickets. The desk will be located on the 4th level of the Washington State Convention Center.

Fun Run & Walk to Benefit St. Baldrick's Foundation
This is a great way to get a little fresh air and some exercise during convention while helping to benefit a good cause. Participants can choose between a 5K run and a 3K walk. Proceeds from this event will benefit the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to fund children’s cancer research. If you would like to attend, make sure to select this activity on your Convention registration

Merit Society Award Breakfast*
The NAMIC Merit Society is designed to encourage professional development of individuals associated with NAMIC member companies and to recognize those who demonstrate educational attainment and service or contributions through NAMIC or state/provincial association activities. New Merit Award recipients are invited to a breakfast with fellow Merit Society members. If you would like to attend, make sure to select this activity on your Convention registration.

Invitation-only hours for executives, and management of insurance companies to conduct business with the exhibitors at the convention. Join NAMICO’s President & CEO, Tim Sullivan, as he collects pledges to shave his head in solidarity with children with cancer.

Attendees will have the opportunity to suggest topics and lead the discussions in small groups based on company size.

Professional Farm Mutual Manager Roundtable Breakfast**
Certified Professional Farm Mutual Managers from NAMIC member companies are invited to this breakfast to participate in roundtable discussion on current issues. The NAMIC Professional Farm Mutual Manager designation formally recognizes the educational accomplishments and dedication to professionalism of the progressive farm mutual manager. To become certified, individuals must fulfill several requirements and complete a series of courses.

Farm Mutual Director Certification (FMDC) Roundtable Breakfast**
Certified Farm Mutual Directors from NAMIC’s FMDC program are invited to this breakfast to participate in roundtable discussion on current issues. Newly certified FMDC directors are also invited to this breakfast. The NAMIC Farm Mutual Directors Certification program formally recognizes the educational accomplishments and dedication to professionalism of the progressive farm mutual director.
