Maine: Workers’ Compensation Reform Package Outlined
A package of legislative reforms aimed at correcting several aspects of Maine’s workers’ compensation system and reducing “friction” in the system was described and debated during a recent hearing of the Labor, Commerce, Research and Economic Development Committee.
