Colorado: Public Hearing on Homeowners’ Insurance Policy Bill Set for Tomorrow
The Colorado House Local Government Committee will hold a public hearing tomorrow on HB 1057, a serious legislative threat to insurance consumer choice, insurance fraud prevention, and fundamental homeowner’s insurance underwriting principles. NAMIC distributed an Action Alert yesterday requesting that NAMIC member companies doing business in Colorado contact their representatives to oppose the bill.
