Iowa: NAMIC Sends Letter to Insurance Division Taking Issue with Proposed C&GL Bulletin, Urges Further Consideration on Bulletin's Necessity

Earlier this month NAMIC sent an alert requesting comments from members on a proposed bulletin from the Iowa Insurance Division relating to construction claims under C&GL policies. We thank our many members who responded.
