Maryland: Cap on Noneconomic Damages Upheld in Case In Which NAMIC Filed Amicus Brief

In a case decided on Sept. 24, the Court of Appeals of Maryland upheld the constitutionality of the state statute limiting the amount of noneconomic damages that can be recovered in a suit for wrongful death.
