Action Alert: Montana: Please Contact Members of Senate Highways, Transportation Committee to Oppose Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Ban Bill
The Senate Highways and Transportation Committee held a public hearing Jan. 13 on SB 137, a proposed ban on the use of credit-based insurance scoring in auto insurance. The committee has yet to take executive action and vote on the bill, but could do so any day.
