House Committee Eyes Aftermarket Parts Issues
The House Judiciary Committee on Monday held a hearing to examine the issue of design patents for replacement auto parts, hearing from experts on both sides of the issue regarding proposed legislation that would alter the laws governing design parts that would ensure competition in the parts market.
