California’s Proposition 17 Narrowly Defeated
Proposition 17, the measure that would have allowed auto insurers to offer persistency discounts to individuals who maintained continuous insurance coverage with other insurers over the past five years, was narrowly defeated in Tuesday’s California state primary.
