Embattled House Democrats Fire Back on Ethics Violations
Though Congress is still in recess for another couple of weeks, there is no lack of controversy on Capitol Hill. Two House incumbents who made headlines after been charged with violating Congressional ethics rules earlier this summer, Rep. Charles Rangel, D-NY, and Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., are back in the news as they fight for their political lives.
