New Jersey: Insurers Eyed as Funding Source for Underground Storage Tank Remediation
Hearings were held in June in both the Senate and Assembly regarding funding of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade, and Closure Fund, and in both hearings homeowners insurers were eyed as a possible source to make up for funding shortfalls.
