Timing of Volcker Rule Implementation Questioned

Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., an author of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, called on regulators to complete a simplified version of the "Volcker Rule" by Labor Day, saying their original attempt was "far too complex."
