South Carolina: Gov. Haley Names New Insurance Director
Newly inaugurated South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley has selected David Black, former CEO of Liberty Life in Greenville, S.C., to be director of the Department of Insurance. Black replaces Scott Richardson, who has served for almost four years and had recently been re-elected as chair of the NAIC Southeastern Zone.
