Washington: Comments Sought on Proposal for Rate Stabilization Consumer Disclosure
NAMIC attended an Office of Insurance Commissioner stakeholder meeting April 24 on the department’s proposed rate stabilization/rate capping regulation. At the meeting, the OIC promulgated for insurer feedback on a draft consumer disclosure. The deadline for submitting written comments to the OIC on the draft consumer disclosure is May 15. The OIC will also accept comments on the rest of the proposed regulation at that time.
