Arizona: NAMIC Sends Letter to Governor on Amended Emergency Response Fee Ban Legislation
NAMIC sent a signature request letter April 15 to Gov. Jan Brewer asking her to sign HB 2003 into law, making Arizona the second western state in the last two months to ban or restrict the imposition of municipal “crash taxes” on motorists involved in an automobile accident.
