Arizona: Emergency Response Services Fees Prohibition Bill Passes Out of House Transportation Committee

HB 2003, Emergency Response Services Fees Prohibition, was amended in the House Transportation Committee and passed on a 9-0 vote. The bill was amended to add a new exemption from the Emergency Response Services Fee Prohibition for rural, small population municipalities.
