Colorado: Hearing Set for Bill Exposing Insurers to Frivolous Lawsuits, Increased Abuse of Discovery Process
SB 76, Concerning Unreasonable Insurance Claims Settlement Practices, sponsored by Sen. Morgan Carroll, a trial attorney, has been scheduled for a public hearing Feb. 11 at 1:30 p.m. MST in the Senate Health and Human Services Committee.
